Hello everyone,,,,,well, got the letter asking me to sign it and return asap and they will put all due monies in my account,,,,,,what I want to ask is,,,,,why should I have to sign something saying I will not go overdrawn and will not blah blah blah,,,,,this is not admitting we are at fault,,,,blah blah,,,,,,when other forum members have just been credited in their accounts......whats the difference from one claimant to another:confused: know I should be pleased, and trust me I am,,,,but just feel a little bit upset to have to sign when I think its not really necessary going by other people who have won on this site,,,,,,and dont want to sound ungrateful but a little bit peeved to think they still dangling the carrot so to speak when its our money anyway,,,,,so either give it to me or see you in court, no.....?

My thoughts entirely, and in fact I told them where to shove their conditions when they settled my claim.
