Should I have tried harder with them?

I know I'm sounding like a total dumbass here, this is all just so alien to me and I feel bad a) for being fraudulent and b) for getting myself into this mess in the first place!

Feel free to give me a virtual slap LOL

With the best will in the world stop being an idiot.

Feeling bad because of a soulless entity that couldn't give a **** about you.

Life happens, it's how we move on.

I've had a text and email from MCB:

"Dear XXXXX Please contact us today. Your payment has not been brought up to date and we would like to discuss your account with you as a matter of urgency. Our telephone number is 02039236888"

Early investigations confirm you are resident at the above address. Despite this, we have not managed to speak to you about your now, seriously overdue debt.

We are now instructing our external debt collectors to contact you directly in relation to your loan account.

If you want to avoid this course of action, contact us today on 0203 923 6888"

block number report to 7726 as spam.

you ignore ALL texts, emails, phone calls always.

only comeback here if you ever get a letter of claim for anything.

else get reading up in this debt selfhelp forum.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
