it says in the template for online doc. " defendant is aware of all details as a list of charges has already been supplied. Another copy will be sent."

Does that been i should send another copy to hsbc? or is that covered by the copy to banks solicitors when action begins?

Hi,

You don't need to send another copy to HSBC themselves, ony 3 copies to the court, and 2 copies to their solicitors (slightly mute point as they are 'inhouse' anyway)

The letters should follow as above which was spot on !!

try to back up your correspondence from now on -

it may have been the dates which threw it off a little - interest calculated from specific dates. you could, in theory, need to show what you have done and therefore would need copies of everything you have sent to them, always print two of everything and keep a file.
