yes i can see what they are getting at, pro rata should mean that all debts eventually will be paid of at the same ending date, but thats not really true anyway as they dont all end on the same pay by date on the agreements anyway i bet, in otherword loans might have a 48mth total term, and would need to be paid by that date.

what is the JM bank debt on OD or a loan?

It’s a loan dx

I stupidly jumped the gun , my mistake having read on the forum wait until I get a DN from them

then send the pro rata, so I will wait till that comes

what’s the options to do on the spread sheet , or anything else should do because it’s a loan, and yes over 48months

found a spreadsheet that works out the pro rata for each debt 👍 online

ok

just ignore then now till they they default you and send a default notice.

then we'll sort the pro rata stuff

what they are saying is that a bigger £debt should get a larger % of your overall prorata 'pot' (£'s

Hi razorc, I have just read your post and see it is from February .

Probably best to deal with the debts before going into arrears, if you could post again and give us an update.

Hi again razorc, When I saw your post it looked like you had no reply's until I posted and I see you have replys and advice from experienced  caggers, It might be this phone of mine.

When I answered your post it looked like you had no replys, now I see you have assistance from dx who is an experienced cagger. I don't know if it's my phone or me.
