  1. Hi, Thank you so much for replying Sorry if I'm misunderstanding or my post wasn't clear but I don't believe they are statute barred yet, their almost at that point. If it becomes sb 5 years since default then the arrow Global one will be sb in August this year then lowell in December and the link debts in jan/April next year. Since the debts are almost sb I'm worried about the fact I have moved and not updated the address. Not sure if I should send a letter to them informing change of address or if I would just be provoking action at this stage.
  2. Hi Looking for some advice please. I have 4 defaults approaching the 5 year sb limit Link £7500 Default Date - April 2020 Link £7900 Default Date - Jan 2020 Lowell £6200 Default Date - Dec 2019 Arrow Global £8000 Default Date - Aug 2019 I've received letters from Link and Lowell stating respond in 14 days or we will pass to solicitors. Stupidly I threw the letters out so I don't have all the details. No contact from Arrow for a year now. The debts are cc debts from Barclaycard, Virgin bank, HSBC and MBNA. I don't know which dca relates to which original creditor though. I have a couple of questions if someone could please help 1. I've moved since originally taking out debts and not informed creditors. At this stage I have thrown away all letters so dont have reference numbers. Concerned about backdoor ccj and could use some advice on who to notify and how. Do I write a letter to Lowell etc or does it need to be original creditor? How do I manage this with no reference. If I do write a letter, does this count as acknowledging debt and impact these debts becoming sb over the next year? Providing I send letters to them confirming my new address...what's next? I've read as much as I can find online and it seems the advice is wait for legal action to begin then dispute debt and send cca request as close to the end of the 30 day period as possible? I have checked my credit file and no ccjs yet. Also had royal mail redirection in place up to two months ago. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds and takes the time to read this
