Good day

I’m writing for advice .

I received a PCN  from a Wise car park in Greenwich .

I paid for my parking at the machine and went into the charity shop for approximately  30 minutes . I left the car park way before my ticket had to expire, as I didn’t find everything I needed.

Approaching the one way , I decided to put on my gloves as it was cold . I realised my one leather glove was missing, hence I decided to go back.

I entered the car park and as before it wasn’t busy , one more vehicle extra, a mini van , and two other vehicles that was there. As I entered I noticed something black on the ground where I parked, I pulled up along it and it was my glove. I stopped , left my engine running and picked up my glove and left.

I received a PCN for not paying from 10:10:17 to 10:32:40 , for not paying , which I did.

I paid for my purchase at 10:45 , which tells you their machine must have been faulty .

What can I do ?

Thanks in advance .

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Good evening

i just need to add that the purchase I made at 10:45 was at the charity shop.

Thanks for your swift response , but for some reason it seams as if I can’t use my iPad to complete the questionnaire.

I have appealed already and it was rejected., as they said it was out of time.

I never received any confirmation from them when I did the appeal online.

Kind Regards .
