Letter from DCBL today.

‘NOTICE of Intended enforcement action. I paid county court judgement £157’

Usual threatening language saying if not paid ‘MAY’ increase yadda yadda.

Shall I just ignore it?

The claim number is different to the current thread here. But I’m not sure if they are playing games.

Definitely no other parking invoices that are doing the rounds.

I’m just wondering on the legality of this.

Isn’t this harassment?

The ccj has already been issued and signed and sealed.

Can they really put their petty ‘admin fees’ up?

Can they legally harass me?

they havent put any extra fees on the judgement sum...

and its not harassment, their client has a default court judgement against you.

I’ve taken the hit. I’ve got a ccj now. What more do they want. They’ve done their damage.

You can’t punch someone then ask that person you punched to pay you for it. Is this just part of their game now.

They keep sending me letters trying to scare me into paying money I don’t owe?

Tried to apply for credit card with my bank as a way to start building credit trust. Was denied. Looked into credit report and have a CCJ on my name.

I thought it was from an old and temporary house I was renting but they have confirmed it is not them.  As the address is registered on there on Trans Union.

I have a case ID it says it went through County Court Business Centre.

I am on hold now, not got through yet,

I read online that they are a shambles of a company and some people said they were online for 4 hours waiting to get through.

What do I do now?!

I have no idea who has done this?! for the measly sum of £157!

How is this possible!!

Ruining people's lives over £157?!

I have heard people being on hold for 4 hours???

Whilst I have to pay for it?

Any other way because clearly they don't answer, i was on the phone for 30 mins earlier on.

You want me to upload a PDF that they send to me?

in june 2022 +18mts ago you found this

they've not enforced it and if they try the court will inform you.

forget about it move on.
