I couldnt go the job centre needed me to go down and sort their error out.

 

so I gotta remake the appointment

It really annoys me that companies can make people feel guilty to come in and rectify their errors, in this case the Job Centre.... I am of the opinion that your health is far more important than anything else but i understand it may have been necessary for you to attend the job centre.

 

Anyway - the best way for the court not to take your gym membership away is to go down the health route and by that you would need something from the doc - make an emergency appointment and explain briefly the circumstances and they should be able to accomodate!

It's a Consumer Credit Act request - its applicable to lending under 25K, i used the act to request a true copy of the agreement for a personal loan
