Djokovic seems to have been quite clearly shown:

* Receiving an award on a stage maskless with others shortly after he was supposed to be confirmed 'infected'

* Wandering around the city maskless while he should have been locked down, including apparently giving signatures and greeting young fans ...

 

So either he wasn't infected, or doesn't give a crap about others or rules as long as he's ok

Has he even has a PCR to confirm he isnt infected currently?

 

and I dont doubt his aversion to the Coronavirus vaccine doesn't reach as far as preventing his using steroid based anti-asthma treatment 'allowed' by the rules, presumably for his 'asthma' ?

What concerns me even more than a consultant spouting clearly misleading statements, is Javid having or at least presenting no answer to them...

 

"the vaccines are reducing transmission only for about eight weeks"

.. as if thats for everyone rather than just SOME of the immune compromised

 

and no-one (with any clue) questions that protection, particularly against transmission, doesn't wane over time .. but presenting worst case scenarios as if they were the majority or only situation is plain cobblers

Interesting that those supporting that anaesthetists' view would also undoubtedly scream blue murder that a rolling average 150 people dying every day is an extreme claim .. rather than simple reality

 

Well, he'll soon be gone into private practice (if they'll have him) if his word means anything to him.

Its my understanding that the majority in private practice are even more strict in vaccination and mask requirements.

 

 

Oh - and why is it that the same 'groups' who seem to be squeeling about the 'un-natural' vaccines seems to be the same folk who say  US GM crops and antibiotic and steroid fiddled with food animals are fine ? ....

The judge states, "the experimental vaccine side effects are publicised and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab. There is no law or mandate in France which forced him to be jabbed. Therefore, his death is essentially suicide". Suicide is also excluded from his policy. If anyone ever challenges you on whether these jabs are experimental or not, and that neither the pharma companies, nor govts, nor anyone else but YOU are responsible for accepting them and if you die, legally you have committed suicide. No insurance, no payouts, no refunds. You are on your own!

A couple of things. An assurance vie isn't a life assurance, it's an investment although if it isn't being paid out that still doesn't sound good.

 

Maitre Alberto Brusa is liked by the anti-vax lobby and the website in the link is a Gaullist one that thinks the media is manipulating us.

Seems like a right wing anti-vax site and  article to me, although I'll bow to your language expertise

 

 

Seems more likely that insurance companies will fail to pay out if people die from Covid without vaccination

- just as companies are starting to restrict sick pay for un-vaccinated people off due to covid

I see no-vak has been released. seemingly due to a technicality.

 

I'm no aussie judge, but it appears he was shipped to the holding hotel 15-20 mins before he should have been due to some incompetent official

- so was released as the law is the law and he was not given the time he was told he would have.

+ confusion regarding whether pre infection is a legitimate reason or not.

 

He could still have his visa revoked though

TJ, there don't seem to be any links or sources for that blog article. There's a FB page for Maitre Brusa but some of the people on the blog are sceptical about the spelling and grammar.

Well, I've found an interview with Mr Brusa, who's Italian, on TF1 which is one of the main terrestrial channels. In the past, he's represented well-known clients like a couple of footballers. Nowadays he's full on anti-vax and anti-mask and seems to have turned into a leader of people who are against what the government are doing about covid. He has a website called Reaction 19.

It doesn't seem to be over for Djokovic and the visa saga yet. One paper has questioned the result of his covid test and others are saying he was out and about after being tested, apparently being positive. More questions than answers at the moment, it seems.

He shouldn't have received the exemption in the first place IMO.

Who runs the Australia? The federal government or the Tennis organisation?

 

He's using legal technicalities to prevent his own deportation, and apparently his family are taking down social media posts proving lies on the application - like he was travelling all over Europe maskless in the two weeks before travel to Australia while declaring on his visa application (filled in by 'his agent') he wouldn't be traveling.

 

Aus should create what seems should be a straight forward water-tight case, with evidence of his breaches and the attempts to cover them up - and kick him out.

His family may not be helping, one minute telling off the Oz government or calling on the Queen to help and the next, they're adjourning pressers or removing social media posts because they've been caught out.
