Hello,

I started a job with a 6 months probation period.

I had a meeting with my manager at the 6 months mark and was told I had successfully passed my probation and was sent a letter confirming this.

A few months later a new manager has started, I have been called into a meeting and told that I have not passed my probation and have been let go?

Can they do this when I have the proof I have passed it previously and was fully signed off?

Even though I have passed my probation? I have only worked 11 months so I don't think I qualify for any redundancy. I haven't had any disaplanaries, they have simply said they don't think I fit in with the job role anymore?
