  1. If you want some help you will need to be a bit more concise in your post. No one is going to sit and read 2878 words, it's 6 pages of waffle.
  2. My most humble and profound apologies, I thought you had come hear to gain advise and opinion from others. Next time can you advise the answer that you expect in your original post so that we can all just cut and paste it into our responses for you.
  3. So you want the equivalent of a 20% pay rise and more time so that you can work for someone else, for the life of me i can't see why your current employer did not jump at the chance...... Perhaps if you are not happy with the pay and conditions you should go and get a job elsewhere.
  4. An allegation has been made about you by two individuals to the management of the company, the company is duty bound to investigate. I suggest that you support the process and give you side of the events.
  5. The ASA will only tell the garage not to repeat the advert, so limited help. If you want to reject the car and get your money back you will need to formally reject the car, stop using it, rage the garage through the legal proceedings
  6. It's a MOT failure if your fitted Speedo does not work https://www.theaa.com/driving-advice/service-repair/mot
  7. They have the right to get the items back and are not obliged to get them repaired by your repairer. If you don't want to let them go then they will not give you a refund, your choice
  8. Just issue the claim via the European small claims procedure; he is just trying to avoid paying
  9. The location of the motorway is irrelevant and so is your claim of being missold the car, ultimately the issue you describe is not a fault it is a characteristic of diesel engines. Unless you can prove with engineer's reports that this is a fault and you are prepared to go to court and you are prepared to lose then follow the advice you have been given
  10. It is 9 countries in England (I missed IOW and the city of London) there is still Scotland, Wales and northern Ireland that you forget. Either way; you should know how to operate your vehicle correctly and not rely on what is said to you solely in the showroom. I bet that they didn't tell you to check the tire pressure regularly; but you still do. Modern diesel engines are designed for longer journeys and you are not driving it correctly. Perhaps you chose the wrong car but I do not believe Toyota forced this car upon you at knife point.
  11. The flip side of the argument is that you should not buy something that you don't understand then blame others for your lack of knowledge. As to you your claim that living in East Sussex some how puts you on a enhanced position to win this argument and that Toyota should understand that you are uniquely disadvantaged by you location, the following counties do not have motorways: Cornwall, Dorset, Norfolk, Rutland, Suffolk, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll, Banffshire, Berwickshire, Buteshire, Caithness, Cromartyshire, Clackmannanshire, Dunbartonshire,East Lothian, Inverness-shire, Kincardineshire, Kirkcudbrightshire, Moray, Nairnshire, Orkney, Peeblesshire, Ross-shire, Roxburghshire, Selkirkshire, Shetland, Sutherland, Wigtownshire, Anglesey, Brecknockshire, Caernarfonshire, Cardiganshire, Denbighshire, Merionethshire, Montgomeryshire, Pembrokeshire, Radnorshire, County Fermanagh, County Londonderry. Suggest that you read up on how to drive the car correctly and use it correctly; as far as i am aware East Sussex is not within a siege situation, you can leave the county.
  12. Can you clarify your post, the car that you was driving had no insurance policy at the time of the accident? I assume that if this is the case the vehicle was SORN'ed? If either of these questions are answered with a yes you have no grounds for a claim and you have bigger issues on the horizon
  13. Agree with Eric, offers are time limited and you missed that time
  14. Have you thought of including the Freemasons and the illuminati in this conspiracy?
