I took out a payday loan with quickquid for around £200,

couldn't pay back as I lost my job and fast forward to now,

I owe ARC Europe £333.80,

what is the best way to deal with this? Thanks.

Please can you give us the details of the make up of the debt

Also, what steps are being taken so far?

ARC are a DCA and can be totally ignored

they are not bailiffs

who are their client listed on their paperwork?

I've moved you to the QQ forum.

was this the only PDL you had at the time

and was your credit file clean at the time?

many QQ loans can be subject to an irresponsible lending complaint

and indeed if you look at this forums homepage

you'll see numerous being written off.

Client is QuickQuid. This is the only PDL I have had, so I'm guessing my credit file was clean.

Is there any actions I should take? Or is it best to ignore them?

Will they be able to take me to court?

Thanks, Luke

only the owner of a debt can do court.

qq are or appear to be quite good at customer management now they've had their wings clipped.

why don't you offer a reasonable amount per month?

and ask them to freeze int and charges

there are suitable letters in the debt collection area of our library.
