DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I'm sorry, I genuinely thought I'd updated this..

So before I went I scrutinised the account again. I'd never understood the balance because I knew I hadn't owed anything. Anyway, on the paperwork they had clearly added the cost of an item or two which had been returned, they had been marked as returned and refunded, but the balance of them had been included in the total amount owing. It was glaring obvious as soon as I found it.

We went into court however, and I was given the opportunity to talk, started explaining this and the judge just said no need for that, the paperwork isn't all here and I'm fed up of these people coming in thinking they can get away with claiming for things they can't legally prove, so she dismissed the case

I fully intend to do that. I can't for about a month as I have some other things going on, but it is on my list and will happen very soon.
