I personally would wait for the outcome of your DSAR before paying anything or escalating.

No I haven't sent for one for lending stream - I shall do that this week, just tried to make a final offer with these to get it closed.

They have defaulted me so the damage is done.

Should I update my address with them? I have been reluctant to so far.

I do appreciate all the help everyone on here has given me so far, I know I sound like I haven't a clue but that's because I dont really but I am learning fast.

Might as well as they could try a CCJ at old address without you knowing, & send the SAR request = with the new address of course!

If the date of birth is wrong, are you sure they haven't registered someone else's loan against your name ???

Tried again to get them to accept £150

This is the email

Thank you for our email.

Paying anything more than £150 would leave me without any ability to pay for food and other living expenses.

You were paid back during the time of the loan a large part the interest plus all monies borrowed as outlined below.

I would ask you to reconsider my offer. If you accept please confirm in writing to my postal address (I have updated my details) and we can settle this matter quickly.

Date Received Paid

05/07/2013 £395.00

31/07/2013 £118.50

30/08/2013 £197.50

30/09/2013 £10.00

30/09/2013 £81.90

01/10/2013 £50.00

31/10/2013 £217.17

03/12/2013 £50.00

£395.00 £725.07

330.07 Interest

F&F 150.00

480.07 Interest and Charges

Kind Regards

David
