Asked this question on another thread but was told to start a new thread for it.

Just wondering if I have claim for irresponsible lending regarding a loan from Savvy. Loan for £750 was issued in October. So far I have paid back 3 instalments of £115 but the balance still sits at £645 due to interest.

At the time of the loan application I granted open banking access (think thats the correct term) to Savvy to allow them access to bank statements so they could check affordability.

In the month before the loan application I had 73 transactions to an online betting company.

I also had two transactions showing I had two other loans.

I also had a transaction showing unarranged fees with my banking company.

Do I have a claim for irresponsible lending here?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
