I have just recieved my court summons (12th Dec) for my case against Barclays.

Do I need to submit any paperwork to the court or Barclays prior to the court date? If so, how long before does this need to be done, and will thiks be the only paperwork I can use in court of can I take in additional information I may have gathered since?

Thanks :D

when you say your court summons, do you mean the trial date has arrived, and you have already sent back the allocation questionnaire?

If so, you don't need to send any further info or paperwork, you have already provided the basis of your claim and the figures in your original claim form.

Just relax and wait for the offers to arrive

PLEASE READ THE FAQ's

Hi,

Yeah, this is my court date eventually. I sent off my questionnaire around 3 months ago but that was all I sent back - very vague and no supporting documentation etc.

Does that mean all the information I want to take to court I just turn up with, they dont need anything prior?

Thanks.
