Ally

Sounds like really good news Ally, at long last, WELL DONE.

When i had'nt recieved BOS confirmation of £xxx to my account I phoned the court and explained the situation about 'money promised but not yet in my account' nice lady said she would put a note on my file and when it was confirmed that money was where it was supposed to be to write in confirming this cancelling the claim.

AL;)

OK so finally i can post up some news.

This is what was holding up my claim.

Whilst my claim was been processed the Woolwich was continuing to apply daily as well as monthly charges on my account which over the three month period came to £500 - can you beleive it, from a zero balence they applied 3 charges at £35, which took me overdrawn, which then gave them the right to apply daily rate penalty as well as monthly interest!! £500 - Im still in shock!!

When they contacted me just before xmas to say they wanted to settle I thought I would push for the additional charges to be refunded as well - after all, we all know that I would be coming straight back at them so they could save themselves the time and money and just get rid of me once and for all!!!

So after a bit of waiting and sitting it out from them (I dont know but for one moment there I think they thought I was going to buckle)!!

Today I had the whole amount plus my addiontal charges refunded into my account!!

So happy new year Woolwich and Happy new Year CAG.

Just goes to show if you stick to your guns you will get there in the end!!!

We Can now offically change this heading to WON!!!!!

Yippee

Thanks to Abi - who continually popped onto my thread just to offer support!!!!
