Not Happy With Ombudsman Decision

Put a complaint in against The National Grid just had an emailed response I assume it will be sent in writing too?

 

It does not seem very impartial preferring to take the word of The National Grid no I sent nuemrous documents etc and I get the impression that it is being ignored over no proof off The National Grid.

 

One of the things that bother me is we had a gaping hole quite wide at the rear of the property it was left for several weeks like that when someone came out about it and seemed to genuinely show sympathy and concern and took photographs now we are met with the Ombudsman complaint stating "We only have your word it as left like that several weeks" well National Grid took photos and they know the date they came out so know how log it was left like this.

 

In my opinion this report by email seems to be siding with The National Grid and not listenig to anything:

You cannot challenge an Ombudsman`s decision but never seen one which as totally ignored anything said by the other side, they have just responded just repeating what as already been said

I just read the popup description of the Ombudsman in your post... jeez makes you wonder why even bother with them at all!

Hi TurboGuru I have dealt with the Ombudsman on many occasions but something not right at all on this occasion they seem to be not be acting impartial at all they have dismissed all my evidence and played my complaint down most bizarre, you get the impression all over the country now that it is the people v the establishments

I've never dealt with the Ombudsman myself but often hear them being recommended to help settle disputes. So I gather on previous occasions your dealings with the Obudsman have been more successful?

All my dealings with them in the past on behalf of myself and others have been very positive and this time certainly very negative
