I had a visit last week from a compliance officer, I'm worried because, although I've done nothing wrong, I don't understand the full process. Could anyone offer any advice on this as I need to be sure about whats going on before my next fact finding visit.

Thanks in advance :)

Hello and welcome to CAG.

Compliance visits sound scary but would normally be to check that procedures have been carried out correctly and that you're on the right benefits.

Did the person who came to see you say what would happen next?

He said that I would need another visit as some of the discussion was in a grey area (my bf sleeps over a couple of times a week) & that I would hear back soon. But, I'm concerned about the grey area so to speak
