You have made it clear that you are unhappy with Lee's response and have advised that you have now escalated your complaint to the Ombudsman.

 

No one is saying he gets it right every time. He does however have a good track record of resolving complaints for caggers. The fact that he has not been able to resolve your complaint does not give you the right to vent your frustration on him.

 

If you have a grievance against a site team member - then you have the right to escalate your complaint to a Senior Administrator using our admin email

 

[email protected] (no spaces - cag inserts spaces to prevent direct linking and SPAM)

 

If you have a grievance with a Corporate poster, again you can either escalate your complaint to our admin department - or alternatively escalate this within the Vodafone hierarchy.

 

We know that Vodafone has a dreadful track record of Customer Service, which is why we are pleased to have Lee who is an absolute credit to his company - it is a real shame that VF do not recognise this and ensure their Customer Service Reps put in the same effort.

 

Perhaps they could Clone Lee !
