Hello

I have a mediation upcoming with a firm but I need to reply to acknowledge I would agree to it and they pay me a certain rate but I do not know best way to reply, can anyone help me draft a reply please. I need it including I disagree with the response to my complaint; that a document was never explained to me, and dates were missed etc

Hello

Some builders did some work but they missed deadline to get papers in within a two year deadline

Hello there. I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. What deadline and what papers please? Are you unhappy with the work they carried out?

If you want help with writing a letter, we're going to need the story please.

My best, HB

Hi

if you put the work out to tender there are two trade bodies the builders have some sort of contract with

but this does not apply to all,

I know one contains a £200 penalty clause (not sure if this is a week or month) if there is a over run.

I take it when you agreed the T & C you did not include a penalty clause for compleation on a specific date.

Try the Federation of Master house builders they may point you in the right direction

even if the builders are not registered with them.

I have found them very healpfull in the past

Gerry
