I'm currently looking to be evicted on criminal grounds cultivation....

I'm waiting on notice of seeking possesion..

What happens after that... Will an eviction take 6-12months

I thought I could keep home till found guilty

Notice of seeking possession - are you a council tenant? If yes, then it will take about three months to get into court from the time of service of the actual notice (so long as you don't have a non-secure tenancy) - but there is no guarantee that a possession order will be granted, so you may not lose your home at all.

Post back when you get the notice, remove all the identifying information and post up a copy. Do the same when you receive the actual notice, and when you receive the claim form and Particulars of Claim from the court. Better advice can be given at that stage.

There are no guarantees. It depends on how busy the local county court is, and whether or not there are previous proceedings against you which can be restored...or whether court proceedings have already been started, or...any number of other things.

You've given no detail whatsoever to ascertain who, what, why or where.

The answer I gave was based on general terms.

Yes I'm a local housing association on a assured tennancy not starter.

I was under duress to do this and family was in danger.

Notice of pessesion is 28 days is it Atleast?

Then court order after that.. I answer bail in nov and haven't been charged or a court date.

Someone in same boat is now at court but still has there house...

I'm thinkin that should be the same for me? Does court orders usually take around 8 weeks then have a further 28 days if it is decided on eviction.

Production of cannabis is the allegations

I also suffer from depression and anxiety and signed off for another 18months

RIVERSIDE is the housing assosiation...
