Hi all

Finally recieved yesterday a "Forthwith" judgement on this. I put a defence in explaining that the debt is subject to a PPI claim etc and it was stayed for ages but het ho....apparently the defence dident comply with CPR 16.5.

My question is how do I get the forthwith changed so i can pay monthly and will i have to pay to do this?

Thanks

Ok thanks so you took your form etc actually into the court then?

yes and paid there and then/receipt given, courts seem to close @ 2.p.m. for admin matters keep in mind. as when office closed security do not want to know but state put into letter box douments whih is not what we want as cash/receip[t needed.
