Moorcroft / notified by credit agencies

Hi Guys

Just had Moorcroft on the phone saying that they have been notified by credit agencies that there has been a change on my credit file.

Then asked if i had some HP and said that was probably it, but is this a way to ask if your circumstances have changed to up your offer, curentlt paying £1 a month on Natwest OD.

probably don't talk to them on the phone, unless like me you love tieing them up in knots.

 

if they ring again saying that just say thankyou for letting you know as the change alert was going to cost you £5 a month to sign up for.

You have to be more canny with them than cannie. Obviously if you have just taken on some HP you thought that they were ringing to ask if you wanted to cut down on the £1 per month

to help pay for the HP payments.

Why would MOORCROFT be advising you on a change to your credit files, because you have obtained further credit and are paying them the absolute minimum, expectc demands for more to be paid to them.
