last word on the subject

 

confrontation is in no ones best interest, the days of large scale industrial unrest are over and belong in the past. everyone needs to look to the future including trade unions, business, and staff. i pride myself on being a moderate rep and i have a happy productive office where i have weekly meetings etc with management with no animosity, which is they way it should be. traning and education achieves that, not picking up bad habits from previous reps as its a whole new world out their now.

do not deny traning and education through past prejudices, as its counter productive in the end.

 

lets put this to a difference of opinon and move on as its not helping the op
