Tends to be a tad quiet ineedofhelp at weekends...Site Team also have family and commitments...you will just have to exercise a little patience.

I have looked through your uploads...its a standard templated defence to any claim.

Look at your original PoC now and refer it to their response and start to list your contentions and case law/statute to support your claim.Consider all the points and your intentions and decide on your response.

You didn't expect them to role over at the first hurdle did you?

You have 28 days to decide and inform the Court if you wish to proceed. This will release the AQs (if not already been sent one) to submit by date on the allocation of the claim to which track. N149 Small Claims Track and N150 Fast Track.

We could do with some help from you.

Just inform CCBC that you have considered the defendants defence and wish to proceed.Request that the claim be transferred to your local Court You are the LiP even though Claimant as its the norm to transfer to the defendants CC.

This should release AQs once transferred.

I think as phone call would be more proactive Inneed, there has been changes to the allocation stage recently, so you need to clarify with CCBC.They should then transfer it out and AQ will be sent to both parties.

We could do with some help from you.

Sorry for delay

I have been in hospital for the last week ok now and unexpected visit!

I have not done anything since last post

I received a "Notice that a defence has been filed"

dated 18 Feb 2013

Attached is the allocation questionnaire

I take it this is the thing i now need to concentrate on?

Thanks

It needs to be back to the county office on or before the 7th of March

thanks again
