Sorry for delay I have been in hospital for the last week ok now and unexpected visit! I have not done anything since last post I received a "Notice that a defence has been filed" dated 18 Feb 2013 Attached is the allocation questionnaire I take it this is the thing i now need to concentrate on? Thanks It needs to be back to the county office on or before the 7th of March thanks again

thanks andy so literally a letter back to the CCBC saying i wish to proceed is all i need to do at this stage? thanks

thanks for reply of course not it all looks standard enough but having not done this before i was not entirely sure very basic question but i do not actually have to do anything now do i ? ( in terms of returning anything) obviously i need to work on my poc thanks
