glad i just rang the local court to clarify what time i could drop the forms in!

 

the kind lady advised me i need to send them to a central office and gave me the following address

does this sound correct? Presumably i still need to send 3 (in total) copies?

Salford is correct.You can attach a copy of your spreadsheet as you are submitting manually.

Right sorry its been a long while

 

As it is me this just had to go wrong

 

Basically i chased them up the day the time ran out and they insisted they had sent me a reply but could not discuss it over the phone

 

I kept chasing them and then about a week ago a neighbour gave me a letter for me

 

They had sent the reply to 9 instead of 19 (it was clearly marked 19 on the forms or at least was until the clerk had stamped over the 9 )

 

anyway the letter was a rejection of my court fees because my letter did not state i receive income based benefit (my mistake)

 

So basically i am not waiting for the correct forms to arrive from the dwp (should be tommorow) and then i start the process all again

Your claim was issued on 25 jan 2013 it will deemed to be served on 30 jan 2013 the defendant has until 13 feb 2013

 

I presume this is standard?

Yes, this is standard practice.

 

The defendant now has until the date mentioned to enter a defence. If they dont, then you can claim a default judgment.
