That's just nasty. I don't want to explain employent law to you any more, so I am going to stop now. I hope you can grow up a bit before you lose any benefit you may have got out of this situation.

i have grown up im not a kid im almost @ retirement age you havent explained any employment laws, you read what i post and commented .i have what i think is a good case there are other jobs i could do@ my company. they have not followed any criteria civil to my employment as for the other peoples jobs that is not my concern if they cared they would back me up

Do you know whether anyone working for your employer has the relevant licence and would consider swapping jobs with you?

 

I know that in my late father-in-law's day drivers would sometimes take a job with a company as a yardsman while they waited for a driving job to become available.
