They are full of crap, i would like to see them explain to the judge why they have brought you before the courts when you are clearly trying to reolve your financial problems.

As said court is nothing to wory about if it did happen you will often find if you hav done everythng expected and tried your best the judge would sympathise with you and tear them a new hole.

That been said it wouldnt get to that stage anyway.

Do not contact them again , do not speak with them over the phone, put everything with payplan and forward all letters received to them

As long as your paying your agreed monthly payment to payplan sit back and dont worry about a thing.

Hi AllSorry I've been off the grid for a bit, was just waiting on Payplan getting back to me about the court papers, they returned them today, with instruction on what I should do. Was looking for some help on which option I should pick as to me they seem very similar, any advice would be great thanks.

HiWas just looking for some advice on the court summons I got. I did what Pay Plan told me and filled in the forms and returned them to the court. On the summons it says something about attending court on the 29/08/12 Do I actually have to do this? Please help as it's only a couple days away now and I'm really unsure of what should happen.

Hi Bumbles!

Did you submit a full defense? Did you receive an AQ?

What do the Court papers say.

Hi whats an AQ?Payplan filled in the court papers and I sent them off. I think I'll just have to call the court and get advice on whether or not I have to attend.

Hi AllLooking for some URGENT advice once again. I called the court today to see if I had to attend, they advised that tehy never recieved any papers. I asked the perosn I was speaking to on the phone to explain what this meant and she didn't really. I called Pay Plan who advised me to talk to Cheque Centre as when they spoke to them, they had said they would put my account on hold for 35 days from the 03/08/12I'm really scared that Cheque Centre will now arrest my wages or something. Just need some advice asap?
