Hi freakyleaky,

Based on the time that has elapsed so far it would appear that the OP won't be returning with any further updates.

I appreciate that this will be disappointing to some and all I can advise further is that in the event that anyone else is experiencing similar difficulties you're welcome to email me with your details via the Contact us form here quoting the code WRT135 - CAG Forum in the subject line?

Thanks,

Hi freakyleaky,

Based on the time that has elapsed so far it would appear that the OP won't be returning with any further updates.

I really hope this isn't the case. This site depends on the stories and experiences of others to give people the courage to challenge unfair decisions and actions by companies.

Thank you for your input Lee.

Hi Heretolearn,

Thanks for keeping the thread up to date including an update to confirm that a resolution has been reached.

Hmmmm. It all sounds very cloak and dagger to me.

Why can't you tell us more? Is there any kind of clause you have to agree to in order to get things resolved?

Hi freakyleaky,

Whilst I'm unable to provide any further details I can confirm that no confidentiality clause has been imposed here.

Kind regards,

Lee

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi freakyleaky,

Apologies for the delay with replying, I was away from the office last week.

In regard to thread updates I'm naturally happy for any customer who we've assisted to confirm that their concerns have been resolved together with sharing any resolution specific details.

However, if a customer only wishes to confirm that matters have been resolved without disclosing further information I have to be respectful of that.

Thanks,

Lee

Hi freakyleaky,

I agree, it is a shame.

However, hopefully the confirmed successful conclusions of both posters cases will provide sufficient evidence to show others in similar situations that help is available.

Take care,
