I emailed minicredit who told me I should contact opos now so I have emailed opos 3 times as they too seemed to be ignoring me. I got an email from them today saying that to solve this matter amicably and out of court, they will accept £450 (I only borrowed £100). If they don't receive this they will go for a ccj and issue a final notice of intent. This is their final proposal.

They made no mention of my dispute or anything from my email and they already managed to take £90 from my account a while back.

You need to get this to the court as evidence. They are taking the proverbial.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

I told opos by email that I would pay the loan amount plus interest to which they replied that they would accept £430 as a f+f (knocking £20 of their previous offer!). I received the 'notice of intended action' in the post today - which is just a print out of the email they sent me last week.
