I will do that..I cant afford much if heaven forbid I lose but I do have a house so I guess they can take a charge against that instead of accepting payments

the claim with all the charges since 2008 when my ex left the country is up to about 10k

So you will need to quantify any charges and get a value by requesting information via a CPR request I assume you Sol has this in hand?

I think you are going to hit a sticking point on the forgery aspect and will just have to defend this matter.After all and I state this as devils advocate

we could all say " its not my signature and hes gone off to Timbuktu " , proving it is another aspect.

i sent a cpr and that was what i got back along with the letters to the wrong address and a print out of my personal details, bank accs etc

i think youre right its a sticky wicket going for the forged name even though its true but my sol just wants to ignore the cca route and go down the forgery route.

If all else fails yes but a lot of people on here say the paperwork they sent is not right and i need a solid yes or no on that before i go the other route

Very hard to judge due to separation of parts

of the agreement.

As far as I can see it's complete, but can't

be sure.

If the agreement is from 2003 be assured its got errors.

Well guys we have a development!!

 

mbna have kindly sent two letters written to them in 2007 from"me" and totally they're in the ex's handwriting!! methinks thats very kind of them! have told sol and i guess the criminal route is looking pretty good! cant find a sample of his writing but i know its his ok complete with bad spelling..racking my brains to think what forms i could possibly get a copy of that he might have filled in somewhere..any bright ideas?

old letters, letters to local authorities, problem is do

you know what else he may have done.

A comparison between his writing with an early

copy of yours?

Yes thats great..... i dont have anything though ( all destroyed with great feeling!)i was thinking of forms i could apply for copies of, altho if its going crim i guess they can get access to that sort of thing. yes i cant imagine what else he may have done...... and his writing is totally different to mine so ive no worries there.

Yes if there is a criminal investigation into

this it should be dealt with by specialist

officers who will know exactly where

to look for the evidence.

Council tax???? local authorities tend to scan so will have something on record.
