F*ck Em That`s what I say. F*ck Em ALL.

I hope their eyes fester and drop out. IMHO They are all two faced [causing problems] little bas***ds. They should all be shot at dawn. Plenty of volunteers for that job?

The Company deserves everything that will eventually come to them.

The staff appear on here now and again. Telling us how they care and want to help, but they don`t help do they? They all wrap their claw in after two questions and are then never heard from again. The problem is they are like mushrooms...............and fed on bull s**t. They don`t really know enough to help us. They all of a sudden after a few questions from Caggers realise they are working for legalised loan sharks. Some even decide they like the kudos of being a thug like the TW*T who harassed my Wife for so long. The others just fade away and die in shame for having engaged in the endemic, widespread culture of bullying and lying that is Welscums trade description.

I enjoyed that as wel.l Thank You all. MARK

bog standard letter everyone that even mentions PPI is getting - I wrote to them as I have an agreement on a PPI refund however they sent me the same stupid questionnaire asking me when i became aware of a complaint etc etc

Wow....bog standard letter we received today I think......Havn't seen it yet but says they will have answer re mis-sold ppi by January.......Obviously didnt read our letter properly either as no mention of cancelling within 30 day period.LOL.

Will post tomorrow to let you know what it says exactly.

well im about to send off my reply letter stating that they have completely ignored my letter and they can see I was not reclaiming mis-sold PPI as I did not take it out.

I am also adding in the CCA request letter and the £1 postal order. I will do the SAR at a later date because I first want to see if they have a proper copy of my agreement.

lets see how they cope with that heh heh.

if they dont reply within the 14 days im putting the account into dispute until I get my insurances refunded as the agreement encompasses both the credit agreement for the insurances and the HP agreement for the car and the monthly repayment figure is one amount therefore the agreement is to be treated as one.

Hi Dibbothe3rd,

They replied to my letter regarding mis-sold ppi but totally ignored the part about the 30 day clause.!!!!!

Have done a letter to send to them on my thread but am also waiting for Postggj to see if he has any different ideas.

Good luck with your letters......Keep us updated.

yeah I read that Dawny, they bloody useless.

I think the fact that they will stop getting money from me should kick them into gear, I mean how hard can it be to read a letter??

If I ever acting the way they do in my work, I would be sacked immediately.

ok, im beginning to wonder how far down the pile my CCA request letter has gone now that they are well and truely stuffed.

plus, they signed for it on the 10th so in my calcs, that gives them til 4th Jan to reply. doubt they will thought. they prob cant be arsed any more. looks like Mrs Young will be dealing with it herself after all the staff desert the company!!!

ok, today I received a letter thanking me for my original letter sent back in October and stating that it is still being investigated! guess they need time to fabricate fake letters and documents etc...

anyway, no mention of my CCA request or my letter sent to them a week ago...guess they ignoring this one!

received today a reply to my CCA request. the letter somehow refered to a Subject Access Request so a bit miffed. They did sent a copy of the agreement, which is actually a copy of the one I signed and has been signed by them, they also sent me a statement upto Dec 2009 which is clean and correct.

everything seems ok unless im missing something. But they still havent dealt with my insurance claim yet!!

Do you think that nearly 80 days is long enough for them to process my request to have my insurances refunded? seems like they are dragging it out. I cant see what the issue is. think I will send them a reminder letter and give them 14 days to resolve it.

I know they have other things on their minds but surely how hard can it be?

Hi Dibbo,

I think 80 days is plenty.

I would definitely send them a reminder. After all it's not your fault re the predicament they are in.

They replied to my letter with regards to the PPI mis-selling but totally ignored the 30 day thing.LOL

They said they would have a final response by 8th January so am going to wait until then and then remind them again that I was asking for a full refund due to the 30 day rule.

I did do a draft on my thread of a letter I thought I would send them..(post 181 on my thread) ....but never did as Poste was doing one for me.(He seems too busy at the moment so will send that letter when 8th Jan is passed.)

Good luck and keep us informed.

60 days is the norm to process any dispute

have i seen the agreement

Yes you have seen it post. its on the 1st page of this thread. as far as im aware the agreement is ok. But the insurances I feel have been mis sold as not only did I not receive any paperwork for them at the time of purchase, when I asked for them to send me copies, I found that the Mech Breakdown was only for 24 months yet my agreement for the HP is for 48 months. Had I had know this I would of cancelled anyway and found alternative cover.

As I only received the copy Insurance documents in October 2009 when I asked for them, I wrote to them to cancel under the 30 day rule.

They replied by sending me the questionaire about PPI which is irelevant as I didnt take PPI out. I then wrote to inform them of this and refered them back to my original letter.

They then replied to a CCA request with a true signed copy of my agreement which appears to be ok and an up to date statement which is correct.

They also mentioned that my previous claim for insurance refund is being investigated and looked at but no definate resolution date put on it.

The only thing I havent done is spoke to aviva to see if I do infact have policies with them. I will do this next before writing to welcome to chase up my refund.

PS... glad your back post. hows the knee?

right, I sent my chase letter today for my insurance claim. I have given them 14 days from date of letter, dated yesterday, so will add a day on. (shhhh heh heh)

anyways if they havent resolved it by XXth Jan as per letter, I will place the whole account into dispute and stop all payments as its a combined credit/hp agreement and they only quoted on repayment figure therefore they treat it as one and so do I. (laws are a guideline)

They have had over 70 days now so as per Direct Group insurance T&C, they have gone over their 5 days and 20 day limits by a considerable amount so stuff em.

wish me luck!

Turning Inn

Ill Give A Clue

A And M On The Agreement TO START WITH

THEN

258.59 Times By 48 Gives 12412.32

Total Amount Payable (f) 12414.40

You Also Have The Option Fee But Ill Leave That For Now

Ponder On It And Ill See You In The Morning

yes I have noticed all that Post. But it seems that Boxes D,E & F are notional as the amount credited to my account was £12412.32 as per my statement which is the correct amount based on the repayments.

but seeing as the agreement does not tell me exactly what I am paying, ie does not show that I am repaying £12412.32, it does not tell me I have to pay and extra £1 on the final payment at the end of the agreement in order to keep the car.

all it does tell me is that im paying 48 x £258.59. So how do I know that I am paying the right amount??

I assume this means that the agreement has not been correctly executed?? but is there a case over £2?

you bet there is

2 quid does not sound alot but multiply that by the apr over the term of the agreement

the apr only has to be out by 1% above or 0.5 below what is stated

but i cant answer that question

you will need some one to work out the true cost of the apr with the 2 quid difference

the total amount payable has been miss quoted:)
