Triton credit services.

I sent triton cca and account in dispute letters with regard to mint credit card. They have not replied to either letter though continue to call me and have also sent a notification of payment review letter. Is it worth faxing the cca and aid letters to them?

They had the 12+2 days to respond,did you send it recorded so you can confirm they received the CCA? if so as PGH ignore them..FS

Yep, totally ignore them and let them waste their money sending you letters. Keep them all though as evidence.

was it a PO box address? if yes then doubtful you will get a signature

You don't need proof of delivery for the lower courts. You need proof of posting (free), delivery is assumed.

It's normal for them to lie! In a court if you have proof of postage, the judge would find it highly doubtful they did not receive the same letter three times running.

its amazing how these companies stay in business what with the abysmal postal service they all seem to experience, one of my dca's claimed they never recieved an important letter and started court proceedings, shame I had proof of reciept - they soon cancelled the court claim - idiots

I am sure you are aware that Triton are the in house debt collection arm of HBOS so just be sure you have proof of sending and delivery and wait for their next move

Account in dispute with triton, Should I send wescott bemused letter.

Send a Snotty letter to Westcot,that they are well aware the transfer of an account to a 3rd party whilst that account is in dispute is in contravention of OFT guidelines and you suggest they send it back to Triton,as you have no intention of dealing with Westcot at this point in time

Hi All, Wescot have written " having contacted our client they have advised they have no record of having received a request for a copy agreement". " we are therefore requested to continue collection on this account. I have already written to wescot telling them account in dispute with triton and to return it to triton. What should I do next?

I assume you have kept a copy of your request, if you sent it recorded and got a signature re delivery or got proof of posting just copy it post it to Wescot and tell them to get on with it

Tell them that the fact their client can't keep track of paperwork is not your problem
