Here goes.

 

Last year got taken to court by our Friend Mr Carter over a Nationwide Debt.

 

He sent papers for £250 and not the full amount.

 

PT helped with the defence and it got stayed.

 

Then BC withdrew.

 

He then claimed for the full amount.

 

Sent a letter stating under civil procedure rules he had to get the Ok from a judge first to take me to court again.

 

Now I have Westcot chasing me over the same debt.

 

Can they do this?

Obviously he was stuffed and it's been moved on again.

 

If the 1st claim had been granted, then as I understand it the rest could not be subject of court action again. As it was not, frankly I don't know.

 

The very fact it has been the subject of court action before does not bode well for Westcot's chances though.

 

As PT dealt with it before you could PM him posting a link to your thread or possibly post on a thread PT has running in legal issues.
