Agreement Enforceable

I have received my CCA from LloydsTSB and would be grateful if it could be checked to see if it is enforceable.

There are 4 scanned pages in he Lloyds set on the right hand side of the screen.

All the prescribed terms are there BUT not on the same page as your signature. Your signature MUST appear within 4 corners of the prescribed terms, so unless the 3rd and 4th page are front and back, then this could be unenforceable. Tough one though......

No, each page is on it's own sheet no back to back pages, but they would have copied them to send to me? mmmmm.....

 

What would your opinion be on my next move?

The signed part of the agreement does not make reference to overleaf. But it does say "appear in the agreement" under your right to pay off in full. so not sure if its unenforceable ,somebody with more knowledge will take a look soon im sure.

Hi Andbrat

 

I've checked the "photocopy/original" and the bottom of page one has something else photocopied over the last paragraph as on the scan. In fact, look at the top of page one, this has been photocopied onto Lloyds headed paper (the top logo is in colour).

 

Would appreciate your opinion.
