Hiya guys,

On the back of my re-claim sccess some two years ago, which is here, I'm looking to re-claim charges which have been unlawfully applied SINCE then, accruing over £100 (not huge, but I need it ;)).

I wanted to know if, as a re-claimer on the second time around, if there are different processes? Also, I don't know to request 6 years of bank statements, I have all the statements in need from the past year which is te time I have been getting charged...

So can I just start off with an initial letter and template saying that I want them back and outlining the amounts and dates of the charges? Where are these templates (I forgot?)

Thanks guys! Again!

Everything is the same except that you are not arguing penalties this time. You are arguing that the charges are unfiar under UTCCR and therfore invalid

Anyone? Thnaks

EDIT:

Like I need to know where the template is for the initial letter to NatWest stating my re-claim. I already have my bank statements and have calculated the charges using the spreadsheet, ut need that first initial letter to accompany the spreadsheet of charges..

You know...

Thanks!

Guys, just wanted to confirm where you all think I should send my initial reclaims letter to (this is for my second claim and only for a small amount)..

To my NatWest branch or to the Head Office, or somewhere else?

As the claim is about £100, I'm not entirely sure..

Thanks!

Hi Guys,

I received my initial reply from NatWest today, only 9 days since I sent the initial letter out.

In short, they're saying they won't progress my application until the OFT test case has come to a close, pointing out that their charges are fair and informed in various literature, in-store and on the website.

Here is the letter they sent (2 pages):

Could you guys let me know what action to take next, if any?

Thanks, as always!

Take no notice of it, just file your N1 at court.

You should stick to one thread per claim, it just makes it easier to follow your progress then.

If you lost post a the links to all your threads that relate to this claim and I am sure a member of the site team will come along and merge them.

Sorry guys! I forget where I put threads - place is huge !! I've bookmarked it now ;).

while I serve Natwest the N1, can anyone point me in the right direction for initiating a re-claim for my Natwest Student Mastercard charges? I guess the first step would be the SAR.. Anyone know where I can find the template?

Thanks again.
