Hey guys, I'm pretty certain this is in the wrong place (maybe one of the mods could move it) but i know you guys give great advice.

What do I include on an Income & Expenditure sheet that I'm sending to the CCCS.

So far I have: (I haven't out my debts on there yet but general things)

SALARY, MONTHLY INCOME, RENT, MUM LOAN, PETROL, FOOD - WORK, CAR TAX, CAR INSURANCE, HAIR, CLOTHES, SHOES & MAKE UP, MOBILE PHONE

I was wondering whether I should put going out/socialising or will they tell me to stop that?

You can put that on there but socialising is discretionary expenditure and probably won't be taken into consideration.

In any case all the girls I know expect me to pay for everything...

I really do appreciate all those 'thank you' emails - I'm glad I've been able to help. Apologies if I haven't acknowledged all of them.

You can also ding my gong if you prefer. :)

SALARY,

MONTHLY INCOME, Is this the same as above or extra

RENT, - Yes

MUM LOAN, - Would consolidate this under other debts, no need to offer more info than needed

PETROL, Yes

FOOD - Yes

WORK, - dont understand what this is

CAR TAX, CAR INSURANCE, - Consolidate under vehicle running costs and add a bit extra for repairs

HAIR, CLOTHES, SHOES & MAKE UP, - consolidate under living expenses

MOBILE PHONE - consolidate with broadband / home phome - under communications

TV licence

House and contents insurance

Misc - this would include costs for repairs and essential purchases, under this you could hide the socialising bit

Hi Poopsie

Have you sent any CCA requests out to the scumbags claiming money from you?

I only ask because if they dont have the proper paperwork, then you can tell them to whistle. This will maybe get your CCCS payment lower.

Just a thought

I'm already doing this with one of them. I thought it best if i do it one at a time, so i don't get bombarded or confused as I'm new to all this. The first one is littlewoods which i sent off yesterday, and from reading peoples posts on here it would appear they are unlikely to have a CCA.

OK good, so you've started the ball rolling. if you've done one then the next gets easier, bit like riding a bike.

Maybe you can get yourself some cheap folders for each of the Creditors. That way you'll be able to have control instead of the bank funded CCCS.

If you find out now, that maybe half dont have the correct paperwork, then you dont have to pay.

If you find out later, the CCCS will be reluctant to stop payments without a lot of paperwork, but its your call obviously. Good luck;)

Great, thanks for your input. I will get all the letters out all this weekend then. Good idea on the folders. :D
