right it went well they agreed to let me pay 30 pounds a month to suspend it but if i miss a payment then i lose the house so i think that was fair so i can breath a sigh of relief now thanks for all the support guys :Dxxxkia

yep went alone too as ex couldnt get time off work think the other sides solicitor liked me anyhow :D:Dfirst payment due on the 12th of next month but so glad its over next im in battle with the halifax xxxkia

thanks uk helped that their solicitor was nice guy so wasnt as nervous but so glad thats over now had another bit of good news today the ex had been talked into this stupid bank account that was gonna cost money he neve used then they wanted 400 pounds in charges so thanks to this site knew exactly what to do wrote a very strongly worded lette advising them on the mis selling of bank accounts cos this one was never gonna benefit us and guess what they grudgingly gave in worded it as gesture f goodwill but bascially account closed and no chages :Dxxxkia
