Hi Angnnig,

The Site advice is to file at your local county court if you can.

There's a chance with MCOL that the case may be incorrectly Stayed.

However, before you do that, you have to go through the early reclaim process - ie Prelim Letter and LBA. If you started off doing this before going to the FOS, I'd suggest you send a new LBA to Citi giving them 14 days, then file at court.

Just to let you all know ,I telephoned the FOS explained to them that we are experiencing financial hardship and that we could do with city settling up with what they owe us.They were really helpfull and said they would get on to them right away and 3 days later they send me an offer of the full charges and interest .and said they deal with the PPI charges city owe me later.I was shocked but relieved as well.its helped the cause a bit ,thought I,d let you guys know what worked for me ,good luck with all your claims.kind regards angnnig

Good.

But as far as I am aware-Citi are not signed up to the waiver,or certainly did not sign up in the first round of July 2007.

I don't know, but they've kept you waiting long enough already.

Write saying they have a final 7 days to send your payment or you'll lodge a further complaint with the FOS because Citi are delaying payment on a case which they know to involve Financial Hardship.

Will be interested to hear how this goes as have a complaint lodged with the FOS myself against Citi.
