recieved a letter from the dca sayin that i had turned down the offer an now they are asking for the full amount again. Can anyone help what do i do now i think it's off to the courts for a form but not quite sure what form

They can ask all they want. the account is in dispute. Tell them to take a hike.

if you go on moneyclaim you fill in the forms on there, otherwise it's an N1 form which you get from your local court and then take back once filled in.

 

i done moneyclaim as I can check on the website each day, and as I was claiming just over £1300 I paid £120 which is the max.

thanks for that emma, i've just filled the form in online do i add the interest on this form b4 i send it off or do i add it later, an if i add it now how do i work it out i've tried to do the spreadsheet but haven't got a clue. Need to get it sent off cause i'm gettin phone calls from dca again
