I've recently had a meeting with Trading Standards and happened to mention NCO Europe to them. The reaction was quite spectacular to say the least!! 'Biggest bunch of idiots to ever walk the face of the Earth' was one of the many phrases uttered by the gent from TS.

The Preston TS is inundated with complaints against them and they have said that they have no choice but to act on the complaints.

So if you have had any trouble with NCO Europe, please, please contact Preston TS at the address below.

Excellent news. I hope this encorages more people to complain about DCA's underhanded tactics.

If any Mods are reading this, any chance of a sticky thread that has the info on how to complain?

I think it would be a useful thing to have, and will hopefully get some of these awful companies credit licences removed.

Sadly, it seems that the NCO troll has crawled back under his stone. A shame, because I was looking forward to his answers to the questions I asked him.

Great news! :D

I'm just about to FoIA Manchester Trading Standards with regards to our friends at Robinson, Way. Check out my RW thread, maybe it would make interesting reading to see just what volume of complaints are being made about debt collectors, and what exactly is being done about them...?
