I've had a letter offering half of the claim, but am waiting for a reply - how long does this usually take? I see that the court have cashed my cheque for the allocation questionnaire - is it a case of waiting for a court date now?

My claim against NatWest Credit Card went in my favour. Judgement received but haven't heard anything since. I'm waiting until tomorrow to see if I hear from them and will then be emailing on Monday threatening to obtain a warrant if I don't get the money by the end of the week. :)

I've had two payouts this week.

One from HSBC (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-bank/6961-gordonhall-hsbc.html)

and today, MBNA have agreed to settle (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/mbna/7435-new-claim-mbna.html)

So that's £2625.46 extra in my bank account I didn't have last Monday!!!

Don't worry, they're still coming in...

.

Barclays - £268 - Moneyclaim

Capital One - £172 - Moneyclaim

Abbey (2nd claim) - Moneyclaim

---------------------------------------------------

HSBC - £2164.46- PAID IN FULL

MBNA - £471 - PAID IN FULL

NatWest - £307 - PAID IN FULL

Abbey Business - £314.15 - PAID IN FULL
