It just covers us in case it goes to court and the bank suddenly produce a list of costs for a charge. I.E.. Doris in admin spent 6 hours @ £6.23 sending you a letter telling you how naughty you have been..

Looks ok to me.. just one point. Is the interest that you have claimed relate directly to the charges? As long as it does then you are ok. If it is interest charged because you have an OD, then you need to be careful. The SAR and court fee should be added to the court form. Jos

well thats good news maxine, thanks for that.... Its ok if they are settled out of court with contractual, but pushing a claim further if you get offered the charges + 8% isn't necceserily a good thing. the general consencus is that a judge would not look to kindly on it..
