Anyone got any idea of the address you send the court claim to for Monument Visa?

I won against Capital One £860.00. One more claim to go now against Monument so fingers crossed

I won my case against Lloyds back in March and came out £3700.00 richer I never actually closed the account because I still owed £1,500 overdraft,I just opened a new one with a different bank. I never paid the other draft off because I cleared off my visa's instead.since though I have occured £300.00 worth of charges again from Lloyds. Can I claim case against the same people? if so though do you reccommend I try to clear the overdraft first? Thanks

I sent off my request for payment letter to capital one but they replied with a letter sayin It's going to take us a little while to look into your situation and come back with a detailed response. We'll do everything we can to get an answer to you within four weeks of this letter. If for some reason our investigation takes longer than four weeks, we'll contact you to tell you why this is. Thank you very much for being patient while we collect the information we need. Should I wait four week before sending of the letter before action or should I just send anyway? Help!!!!

Ive paid off my capital one card and want to close the account, if I do this does it mean I cant claim against them anymore or can I still carry on?
