  4. I would say you would need to send a new PoC. If you have been using MSE site, the PoC on there is grossly inadequate. You can fill in a N244, which allows you to amend your claim, and this will set youi back £35.
  5. Hi and welcome to the forum. The process that you will follow is relatively easy but IS NOT a get rich quick scheme. Spend time reading the FAQ pages as this will stop you making mistakes along the way, and is the most important part. Read as many threads as your eyes will allow, you will gain invaluable knowledge which will give you the confidence you need. This is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere. This site is all about EMPOWERMENT and you will gain the confidence that you will need. The excellent A-Z guide compiled by Michael is a fantastic source of information. But remember, this isn’t a game. You are taking on large institutions which MAY lead to court, but you do need to be prepared. Everyone is very friendly and keen to help. Dave and Bankfodder have done a great job in producing the site, and all the moderators, helpers and current users really are a very nice bunch. Please also understand that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience and expert advice should be sought if needed. The first thing you need to do is find your relevant banks forum and start your own thread in there. I have put some useful links onto the thread that you can refer to when needed. Good luck. 7. Excellent Jimmy.. well done for hanging on in there, well pleased for you.
  8. Recieved my N150 from the court, duly completed. Now a question or 2.. My deadline is 16th March to send it back to the court. What are the advatages, if any, of sending it back today.. both to Cobbets and the court. So to the court and Cobbets i will send: AQ Schedules of Charges (Updated) Draft Directions as per BF Thread. Reply to the Defence.. Is that it?

  10. Hi and welcome to the forum. Don't be scared ok. What you need to do is.... Open another basic account at another bank. Have all of your business transferred, all DD's SO' etc... Then you write to your current bank telling them that you will pay off the overdraft at x amount per month. Only offer what you can afford ok. And stick to it. They will hate you with a passion, but they really can't do much about it. You see, if they decide to take you to court, which i doubt, the judge will take into account all of your other outgoings first as a OD debt is not very high up on the list of things that need to be paid.. And then you can start on your charges... The process that you will follow is relatively easy but IS NOT a get rich quick scheme. 17. I have thought and thought many times about my case Jimmy... a bit of SoLA, contractual interest to boot as well.. I have come to the conclusion that i only live once and need to make a stand. This is my moment.....
  18. Good luck Jimmy.. I'm right behind you.. Just awaiting the AQ from the courts, having aready had the defence from Cobbets...
  19. Some of the courts are now allocating court time as a block as they know the banks will settle. As regards block claiming as far as users getting together is concerened, there really is no need at the moment as they are not ending up in court anyway...
  20. well done you seem to have it all sorted. If you need any help at the later stages, especially court stage, just shout by posting in the relevent bank forum.. Jos

  24. you need to wait for the AQ and defence from the court.. i had mine from Cobbets last week so have been preparing my response just in case..
  25. I'm not sure about any influence, but if i were to work for Cobbetts i would be on here every day. They can quite easily work out what the next move is and pre empt anything that we do.. Maybe its me being paranoid.. I don't have a Tesco Clubcard for much the same reason...LOL
