Hello all Just joined the CAG. I am in the process of sending a SAR to my old bank. No Idea how much in total I can claim but having statements for the last full year of banking with them it alone totalled £680. So I am hopeful for alot more. I have sent a previous request to my old bank late in 2005 which they duly ignored and at that time events precluded me from following it up. Does anybody know if I can backdate any claim I make now to the point in time of the first request. Regards Andfwl
