Hi Everyone Joined the site a few days ago. Have read loads of stuff and although some of it has gone over my head I think I am getting to grips with it. I am sending my first letter off to NATWEST tomorrow requesting a list of charges. A bit nervous but very determined! Thank you for this site - it is good to know the public are finally hitting back and standing up for ourselves. Hi there everyone I joined this site a few days ago and have spent some time reading everything I possibly can. Feel a bit nervous at the moment but am ready and determined to go through with it. I have been charged ridiculous amount by the banks and am glad we are finally hitting back!
