Hi Everyone, I'm a new member, I would like to claim back my bank charges, unfortunately I don't know where to start. I understand I should request my bank statements for the past 6 years, but I don't know what I should be claiming for, can I claim for the daily charges my bank have taken, £8 a day for going over my overdraft, & £25 fine, and what other charges can I claim back. I understand that many of you will have read and answered these questions before but I am very confused as to what I can claim for. Thanks for any help you can offer.
